FIELD is Little U’s consultancy arm. Where Learnery works directly with families and youths, FIELD works with the people and institutions around them: homes seeking a second opinion, schools rethinking a struggling programme, organisations building family-facing services, and agencies shaping policy in education.

We work with homes wanting individual guidance on a child’s education, schools looking to bring trauma-informed practice into an existing programme, organisations building family-facing services, and agencies shaping policy or training at scale. Every engagement is scoped to the size and needs of the people involved — there’s no minimum team size and no fixed package.
