How We Operate
Little U operates as an NPO with clearly defined roles for advisory, management and operations. As we grow towards being a charity, we hope to fundraise for these roles to be filled up by good leaders. Good leaders anchor the experience for good interactions. Children thrive best in environments where all stakeholders interact with them kindly and respectfully. There must be no shortcuts. When children are offered the best, they grow up secure in their attachments with others and this leads to good families and leadership in the land.
