Sign-ups close 20 September 2026.

The main caregiver completing the registration will be the person named on the terms and conditions for this programme.

After successfully registering, you will receive a link to the CCF Whatsapp Channel and the CCF 2026 Booth Pack.

Registration Tips for Booth Type A (seats 8 per table)

1. On the payment page, select “Booth Type A.”
2. Choose your preferred Booth No. (Check available space)
3. Add the number of pax in your group (even if it’s just you!).
4. Want to sit with friends? Share your Booth No. so they can select the same table when they register. (Seats are subject to availability.)
5. Don’t have a group of 8? No worries. Each table seats 8, and open seats will be filled by other crafters who choose the same table. It’s a great way to meet someone new! You’ll be able to connect with your table-mates on the chat once you’ve registered.

Booth Type B: 4 pax per booth

1. Form a team of 4 and appoint one person to book for the whole team.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

I agree to the terms of the CCF, that:

• All crafts must be made by the children and teens, and will be sold at $10 or less at the fair.
• Crafts made independently by the child, without adult assistance, are eligible for the fair. This helps keep the fair a genuine showcase of what our young crafters can create on their own.
• 100% of proceeds go to charity. No remuneration will be given to the CCF team or the crafters.
• There are no refunds.

CHILD SAFEGUARDING

• I agree to the terms in the Little U Child Safeguarding Policy.

INDEMNITY

• I agree that Little U (the Organiser) and Temasek Shophouse (the Venue Provider) shall not be held responsible for any accident or personal injury howsoever arising, sustained or suffered by my child (ward), or for my child’s (ward’s) safety or death or any damage, loss or destruction to my child (ward) or belongings, however caused.
• I hereby irrevocably release and discharge the Organiser and the Venue Provider from any and all claims, demands, costs, actions, or prosecutions in connection with any of the foregoing matters, including such action or omission to act that may be taken by the Organiser and Venue Sponsor prior or subsequent to the destruction of person or belongings.
• I agree to fully indemnify the Organiser and the Venue Provider against any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, actions or prosecutions (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which my child (ward), his or her next-of-kin, parent, guardian, personal representative, dependents, authorities and/or third parties may bring.

MARKETING

• I consent to the use of images and videos taken by the Organiser for the purposes of marketing, archiving, and disseminating information about the CCF.
